William Yang at Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall – June 17, 2025 - 8 PM

The Chopin Foundation of the United States proudly presents 24-year-old pianist William Yang, First Prize, Best Mazurka, and Best Sonata Winner of its 11th National Chopin Piano Competition, which took place in Miami from January 4–12, 2025. Held every five years since 1975, this prestigious Competition is open exclusively to American pianists between the ages of 17 and 30. In addition to the $100,000 top prize, underwritten by Blanka A. Rosenstiel and the Rosenstiel Foundation, the Chopin Foundation has arranged this debut recital at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall as part of Mr. Yang's prize package and Winner's Tour.
